Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags
  • In its original packaging
    You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
Important: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, live fish, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Pet Care Products / Hygiene Products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us. 

Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest method is to return the original and place a new order after your return is accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
