Diet & Nutrition

  • Omnivorous: Yes — in the wild, feeds on microcrustaceans and insect larvae. In captivity, it accepts micro pellets, crushed flakes, and small live or frozen foods such as baby brine shrimp, daphnia, and microworms. A varied diet enhances health and color.
