• Leaf Texture & Appearance: Ludwigia inclinata is a vibrant plant with long, lance-shaped leaves that can vary in color from green to reddish tones. The plant is known for its red to reddish-brown hues that become more intense under higher light conditions. The leaves grow in opposite pairs along the stem, giving it a bushy and compact appearance when properly maintained.

• Placement: Ideal for the background or midground of an aquascape. Its upright growth form and vibrant coloration make it a striking addition to any aquarium. It can create a colorful backdrop or add interest to a planted aquascape.

• Water Conditions: Prefers soft to moderately hard water with a temperature range of 22–28°C (72–82°F). It thrives in stable water conditions but can tolerate slight fluctuations if necessary.

• Lighting: Requires moderate to high light to bring out its reddish coloration. Under optimal lighting, it will develop compact growth with a rich reddish hue. Lower light conditions will cause the plant to become more green and leggy.
